Hi
there,
We hope you’re all doing well and enjoying
the end of the summertime…
Well,
we have some good news to share with you:
Paperweight have been recording
their first LP during July with Loic Bodson
(Flexa Lyndo, Bambi Kramer, Loïc B.O., F.L.A.M.E.).
The session was of great fun and the songs sound
massive. They still have to record the vocals
(most probably at home) and then the mixing/mastering.
It should be ready by the end of 2008.
The bedroom compilation is done.
It should include 15 artists and bands
from Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Austria,
US, Canada, Mexico, etc. Kevin is currently
working on the artwork. The compilation (in digital
format and numbered copies) will be released
by mid-September!
The first Paperheart Music event
will take place on September, 27!
Unfortunately, the .nude hours won’t be
able to play but we have already received the
following confirmation:
Mycatisgreen
(BE)… the first show of Sebastien solo project
with the support of members of Paperweight and
KungFu77 Pear (BE) Irene Tremblay aka Aroah
(ES)
and last but not least ... Mike F. of SNAILHOUSE
!!
We're quite honoured to welcome him, I can tell
you !
Past
8 of June, the magnificent post-pop quattuor from
Sweden Audrey was giving their
unique show in Belgium at Le Belvédère
in Namur.
Paperheart was there and had a little chat with
the girls. Check out the video interview
on the interview page!
Video interviews is something we're gonna try
and do more often so stay tuned !
Be well. Thanks for your support. Write to us!

Paperweight
will be recording 4 new tracks for a new ep that should come
out in early 2008.
A full length album is partly written and in the process of
being recorded but our lack of money sadly always postpones
the project.
.the
nude hours 4th release will be out on march 2008.
It will contain old songs never recorded before as well as
new songs. We're really excited about it and looking forward
to this release so we can tour a bit with this project. Part
of it has already been recorded at home, part of it will be
recorded in the Color Studio any time soon. members of paperweight
will play some drums or bass parts on it...
As
new year's present, we'll post soon a completely new .the
nude hours song called " Every new day", written
and recorded between christmas 2008 and new year's eve. enjoy
!
see
you soon !

It's been probably 2 years since the last real update of this
website...So it was time for change !
We designed a new site and are today launching it to the planet
www.
Hope you'll like it.
What happened during those two years ?
Quite a few things...
1- Pillow and Alisse broke up. Sebastien and François
joined Kevin to form the now one-year old post-pop band "paperweight".
2 - Paperweight release their first EP, entitled " All
Star EP" which received great comments from the press,
webzines and friends.
3 - .nude changed its name into the nude hours ( because someone
else took that name in belgium )
3 - We created a myspace.com paperheart page as well as one
for .the nude hours and paperweight
4 - We organized two festivals in Chaumont-Gistoux ( the "without
"the" festival and the "Juicy rock festival"
)
and other stuff that will be mentionned later on.
take care
